  1. I arrive
    At home in my heart
    Breathing in, I arrive in the present moment
    Breathing out, I come home gently to myself.
  2. Settling body
    Tension falls away
    Breathing in, I soothe and settle my body.
    Breathing out, I let my tension gently fall away.
  3. Open heart
    Compassionate listening
    Breathing in, I open my heart with tenderness.
    Breathing out, I listen to you with compassion and care.
  4. Whole being
    Letting go of judgment
    Breathing in, I listen with my whole being.
    Breathing out, I let go of judgment.
  5. Hearing words
    Hearing that unsaid
    Breathing in, I hear your words.
    Breathing out, I hear the unsaid feeling resting beneath your words.
  6. Present with pain
    Quiet understanding
    Breathing in, I stay softly present with your pain.
    Breathing out, I offer you my quiet understanding.
  7. Holding space
    Quiet promise of peace
    Breathing in, I continue to hold space gently for you.
    Breathing out, I smile to the quiet promise of peace.
  8. Gratitude for this connection
    May you be happy, well and free
