    Calming body
    Breathing in, I rest my attention on my body.
    Breathing out, I calm movements of my body.

    Calming mind
    Breathing in, I rest my attention with my mind.
    Breathing out, I calm my mind.
  4. Inclusiveness of mind-body
    Consciousness inclusive
    Breathing in, I am aware of the inclusive nature of mind and body.
    Breathing out, I recognize inclusiveness of consciousness.
  5. Supporting each other, inter-are
    Inclusivity of interbeing
    Breathing in, I see mind body and consciousness supporting each other, they inter-are.
    Breathing out, I recognize the supportive, inclusive nature of interbeing.
  6. Inclusivity begins in me
    Inclusivity for self
    Breathing in, I recognize that inclusive nature begins in me.
    Breathing out, I acknowledge the need to cultivate inclusivity.
  7. Watering inclusive seeds
    Inclusive nature for all
    Breathing in, I water the seeds of inclusive motivation within me.
    Breathing out, I cultivate my inclusive nature for myself and all beings.
  8. Solidity in the present moment
    Inclusive, wonderful moment
    Breathing in, I feel solid in the present moment.
