- Moving forward
Coolness of dawn As the revolutions of my wheels beneath me propel me forward, I breathe in.
Feeling the coolness of hte dawn's air against my skin, I breathe out. - Birds dawning song
Recognize small beauty As I breathe in, I hear the birds first dawning song.
As I breathe out, I enjoy the small beauty this song offers. - Solidity in chair
Solidity of Mother Earth beneath me As I breathe in, I feel the solidity of this chair beneath me.
As I breathe out, I recognize the solidity of Mother Earth beneath the wheels, supporting my practice. - Summer flowers
Beauty in the scent I pause to smell a summer flower.
As I breathe out, I recognize the beauty within the scent of the flower. - Space moving forward
Space within me As I roll forward, I recognize my moving through space at the dawn's first air.
As I breathe out, I recognize the space within my heart and mind. - Recognizing tree
Interconnection with the Earth As I breathe in, moving forward, I recognize a tall tree beside me.
Breathing out, I imagine its roots connecting deep within the earth. - Stillness in chair
Stillness within me As I breathe in, I come back to a place of stillness within my chair.
As I breathe out, I recognize the opportunity for stillness within me.
